    The Pre-Training Course<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This is the first step to getting a certificate as a GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> and GYROKINESIS\u00ae <\/strong>trainer.\u00a0 It consists of teaching students to use their bodies in the exercises listed in the Level 1 program.\u00a0 To follow these courses it is advisable for students to already be familiar with the systems.<\/p>\n

    The Pre Training course must be taught by a qualified <\/strong><\/strong>Pre Trainer or a Master Trainer and must conform to the list of exercises created by Juliu Horvath.<\/p>\n

    The Foundation Teacher Training Course<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    This course is followed by those students who have successfully completed the Pre Training Course.\u00a0 It offers further training and is focused on learning to guide a person manually, verbally and physically in their movements, alternating the role of student with that of instructor.\u00a0 On successful completion of this course, the student may start his\/her apprenticeship which should be finished in 6 to 12\u00a0 months after the end of the FTTC.<\/p>\n

    The FTTC\u00a0 must be taught by a qualified Master Trainer and must conform to the list of exercises created by Juliu Horvath.<\/p>\n

    The Apprentice Review<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This is a revision course that students must follow during their apprenticeship in order to deepen and review what they have learned during the FTTC and to share and compare their first experiences as apprentices.\u00a0 The course must be taught by a qualified Master Trainer and must conform to the list of exercises created by Juliu Horvath.<\/p>\n

    At the end of the apprenticeship the student can follow the Final Certification Course held by a Specialized Master Trainer and will recieve the trainer Level 1 diploma.<\/p>\n

    The Update Course level 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    This is a refresher course that the qualified Level 1 trainers must do every 2 years to improve, train and maintain their certification and the validity of their licence.\u00a0 The course must be taught by a qualified Master Trainer and must conform to the list of exercises created by Juliu Horvath.<\/p>\n

    The Pre-Trainer Update Course<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    This is a refresher course that the Pre Trainer must do every year to improve his\/her standard of teaching, further his\/her understanding of the system by continuous training and maintain his\/her licence to teach the Pre Training course to future trainers.\u00a0 The course must be taught by a qualified Master Trainer and must conform to the list of Level 1 exercises for the Pre Training Course created by Juliu Horvath.<\/p>\n

    Specialized Equipment training courses<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    These courses are only open to certified GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> trainers Level 1 on the different Specialized GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> equipments.\u00a0 Participation in these courses counts as the continuing education for the 2 years GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> licence renewal .<\/p>\n

    Specialized course \u00a0“<\/strong>GYROTONIC\u00ae as a <\/strong>Musical Journey”<\/h3>\n

    This course is only open to certified GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> trainers Level 1.\u00a0 It uses original music that has been composed and specially arranged for GYROTONIC\u00ae <\/strong>exercises by the founder Juliu Horvath together with the musician Rodolfo Troncoso.\u00a0 Participation in this course counts as the continuing education for the 2 years GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/strong> licence renewal.<\/p>\n
