I started to specialize in movement at the age of 8, keeping myself fit by swimming and dancing.  I then went on to choose what was to become my future professional activity.  Since 1985 I have been a classical, contemporary and Argentinian tango dancer.

My interest for dance as a social phenomenon and as a therapeutical and cognitive instrument, has led me to discover various and parallel paths, and at the end of the 90s, I qualified in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® along with the first Italian pioneers of these disciplines.

With time I have become a Specialized GYROTONIC® Master Trainer, Specialized Equipment JSB Master Trainer and GYROKINESIS® Pre Trainer.

From 2003 and for the next 10 years I was the head of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® at the Centro Fisioterapico Aurelio, and since 2010 I have also been working with the FISIOBIOS Center in Rome.

I attended special courses in the use of GYROTONIC® for people with scoliosis, hernia of the disk, problems connected to the shoulder girdle, cervical, shoulder, spine and pelvis, with the Master Trainer Paul Horvath, an expert in the field of rehabilitation using the system created by his brother.

Thanks to the Master Trainer Gina Beate Muensterkoetter, at first the head of GYROTONIC® Educational Headquarters, and now Personal Assistant to Julius Horvath, I deepened the care for details, necessary to build a teaching methodology based faithfully on Juliu’s Horvath’s method.

I work with the Compagnia Excursus on complementary training programmes for their dancers and I have taught GYROKINESIS® at IALS, Centro Malafronte and the Accademia Nazionale di Danza.

I specialised in Kinesiology applied to Naturopathy at Libera Università Italiana di Naturopatia, where I was able to extend my studies on Bach Flowertherapy, reflexology, and orthomolecular nutrition.

When I work I like to have a holistic approach with every individual I treat, that means looking at them as a whole person.  I gained insight by studying the ideas of Edward Bach, Flowertherapy founder and I consider myself lucky to have known the genius and creativity of the GYROTONIC® founder, Juliu Horvath.

Thanks to this system, I continue to learn and to explore the body mysteries and I am delighted to contribute to its spread.
